Village Hall AGM – APRIL

Dear Villagers,

I am sure you will all agree what a wonderful resource we have in the village hall.  Not only is this a great venue for local clubs and societies to hold meetings and events but also a place for locals to hire for parties, weddings and other private events.  Running and maintaining the hall relies on both a small, dedicated committee and a wider circle of locals willing to lend a hand when necessary.

The Village Hall Committee is calling an Annual General Meeting for Monday April 24th 7.30pm.  This is YOUR opportunity to get more involved in the village and join this enthusiastic and friendly committee.  Each year the existing committee stands down and a new committee is elected, anyone wishing to stand for election should complete the attached form and hand to a committee member or place in the post box before April 10th.
