Live entertainment in the evening
Disco – Bar – Pig Roast
The event will be held on the field adjoining the Burtle Village Hall, please note the marquee and hall will be non-smoking.
In the run up to the event itself there will be fund raising events so please check the web site for these dates and support them if you can.
There is a lot of work to be done both before the event and on the day, if you can help at all please contact a member of the committee. We are also looking for sponsors to help defray the cost, please visit the Sponsorship page for more details or contact Steve Allen.

- 11.30am Parade including Burtle Silver Band and Vintage Tractors
- 11.45am Arrive at Marquee
- 11.45am Prize giving – Scarecrows and Fancy Dress
- 12.00md Harvest Service
- 12.00md Crèche opens till 4.00pm
- 12.15pm Enter Marquee
- 12.45pm Grace and Taste the Beer – Lunch served
- 2.00pm Speeches
- 3.00pm Prize Giving – Hoops and baskets, Meat & Cheese Auction, Raffle Draw
- 3.30pm Cream Teas
- 3.45pm Outside entertainment
- 4.00pm Quantock Pony Club demonstration

- 7.00pm Marquee reopens
